Anita Bowen started making award-winning, limited production, single-vineyard shiraz from her Stonewell Road, Marananga vineyard in 2001.
Uncompromising in her selection of the best vineyard grapes, winemaking techniques and french oak barrels, Anita allows her shiraz a long 2 years maturation in barrel then 2 years bottle maturation before release. This approach delivers balanced, integrated and elegant wines ready to savour today or cellar for future enjoyment.

The Ishtar Viognier and GSM (Grenache/Shiraz/Mourvedre) introduced by Anita in 2007, are easy-drinking, food-friendly wines ready for immediate enjoyment. Named after, and featuring the face of the Babylonian Goddess Ishtar on the striking label, these wines are painstakingly made to harness the delicious tastes and aromas of each grape variety.
