Z (Zed) (for Zerk) was born from a vision for stylish wine without compromise.

Z was designed to be the best. High quality fruit, winemaking techniques and presentation make this wine a positively sophisticated and elegant drink. Our wines have soul and style, capturing the past and displaying an inspiring modern twist.

Z Shiraz is quintessentially Barossa; rich, desirable and irresistable.

All wines are hand crafted in small batches with all bottles individually numbered so you know our promise of 'Quality not quantity', and that you are purchasing a unique product.

SLADEM WINES

Joachim Zerk, an early German pioneer farmer, settled in the Barossa Valley in 1846. He purchased for 200 pounds what he considered a perfect site for a vineyard. 160 years later, the Zerk family still grow grapes in old vineyards of which section 3146 is a part.
