Barossa Tower Shiraz Primitivo 2015
Tasting Notes

Shiraz gives lifted aromas of blackberry, plum and black pepper with spicy, dark berry fruits on the palate has benefited from the addition of Primitivo, native to southern Italy and known as Zinfandel in the USA, adding vibrant cranberry, raspberry and strawberry flavours.

The finish is long with fine grained tannins from eighteen months maturation in both new and seasoned American and French oak barrels.

 

Winemaking

This unique blend of 58% Shiraz and 42% Primitivo is sourced from a selection of Barossa sub-regions.
