Cowra Estate Cabernet Cab Franc Merlot 2010
This synergistic trio seamlessly combines the finesse, power and structure only achievable in a three-way blend of these classic varieties. The wine can be enjoyed in its youth yet will benefit from careful cellaring for up to five years from vintage.
Fermented in small stainless steel tanks, a cultured yeast was used to start the fermentation and the wine spent 7 - 10 days on skins at 28°C. To give the wine added complexity the wine was aged on wooden staves.
