This unique single vineyard wine displays all the delicacy, elegance and finesse that can be achieved from this most noble variety.

The nose shows lifted aromas of lime blossom and citrus fruits, while the palate has great intensity and length with mouth-watering acidity.  Excellent natural acidity along with an intense aromatic fruit profile.

Vinification

Picked early in the morning, the fruit was delivered cool to the winery. Gentle pressing is followed by juice settling and cool fermentation at 14 ⁰ C over 10 days before being racked to settle to stainless steel for natural clarification.

No malolactic fermentation to preserve acidity and bottled with minimal influence from the winery.
