Maggie Ryan - Functions & Events Manager

Maggie is passionate about weddings and functions in the Barossa Valley. She has run her own florist and styling business for over 13 years.

Maggie and her partner own a property in The Eden Valley region where she grows her own flowers and foliage for their business. This process of growing, harvesting and selling the local blooms has seen her become very interested in the vineyard to bottle process also.

After many years in business and winning second prize for the Best Wedding Bouquet in Australia in 2016, she felt she needed a new challenge so the transition into event management felt like the perfect fit.

Maggie has previously helped other Venues launch their events, so event management is a very comfortable space for her. She continuously supports local events and is a very passionate advocate for the Barossa Valley region.

With her meticulous attention to detail, our clients are always looked after right down to the menu on the table!

She prides herself on being approachable, friendly and has a genuine interest in each event held here at The Chateau.
