Chateau Tanunda was alive with activity for the first weekend of September, with revellers getting in pre-Fathers Day to celebrate all things Gourmet in the Barossa Valley. 

Fans flocked to the tunes of the Baker Boys Band while enjoying a range of Chateau Tanunda Wines, Barossa Cider, Barossa Brewery Beer and Gourmet Sausages by Eli and Saskia Beer Catering. It was a great ambiance with the crowds taking to the dance floor in the Chateau Tanunda ballroom and having a great time with friends. 

Families weren't forgotten with face painting and childrens games available in the long room, and many, young and old alike, succumbing to the temptation of the donut wall. 

Some of the favourite wines for the day were definitely the Chateau Cabernet Sauvignon 2014, the Grand Barossa Rose 2015 and the Heritage Label Shiraz 2014.
