Barossa Tower 130th Anniversary Moscato 2018
Tasting Notes

This light, fresh and deliciously rich wine is the perfect aperitif. The nose is characterised by the lifted floral notes of musk and engages the palate with a natural fruit sweetness. The slight effervescence is refreshing and cleansing with fruit notes of lime and pineapple.

Winemaking

Picked early in the morning, the fruit was delivered cool to the winery. Free run juice and cold settling preceded a long, cool fermentation. The fermentation was left to run its course over 14 days leaving a naturally sweet, vibrant wine.

A touch of spritz is detectable on the palate from the residual carbon dioxide which was harnesses and bottles to retain both fruit vibrancy and freshness.

Specially made as part of the Chateau Tanunda's 130th Anniversary Celebrations in 2020
