Barossa Tower Shiraz Primitivo 2013
Shiraz gives lifted aromas of blackberry, plum and black pepper with spicy, dark berry fruits on the palate has benefited from the addition of Primitivo, native to southern Italy, adding vibrant cranberry, raspberry and strawberry flavours. The finish is long with fine grained tannins from eighteen months maturation in both new and seasoned American and French oak barrels.
This unique blend is sourced from our growers’ vineyards in the Barossa sub-regions of Bethany, Kalimna (bush vine Primitivo), and Moppa.It is this tapestry of ‘terroirs’ which enables us to create our house style of Barossa Shiraz Primitivo.
