This blend celebrates the historic relationship between Chateau Tanunda, the Barossa Valley and its generations of grape growers and winemakers who love nothing more than to let their hair down and kick up their heels.
The grapes were picked, fermented and matured separately spending ten months in a combination of new and seasoned American and French oak barrels.
For this limited release wine we selected meridional French varieties: Shiraz (41%) from Stonewell, Grenache (24%) from Tanunda, Mouvedre (22%) from Bethany and Greenock, Carignan (7%) and Cinsault (6%) from Vine Vale.
