Grand Barossa Chardonnay 2021
Tasting Notes

Aromas of citrus fruits, melon and white peach lead to bright tropical fruit flavours on the palate with refreshing acidity,

Grand Barossa Chardonnay displays all the delicacy, elegance and finesse that can be achieved from this noble variety.

Winemaking

The grapes were picked early to retain freshness and acidity. Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve the fresh aromatics with a small portion of the Chardonnay was fermented and matured in seasoned French oak to add depth, complexity and structure.

Charming and elegantly expressed with white flesh nectarine, grapefruit, cashew and oatmeal nuances, it's juicy and beautifully rounded in the mouth delivering fine texture and bright acidity. Mouth-watering and attractively drinking. At its best: now to 2026
