Grand Barossa Dry Riesling 2013
Tasting Notes

GRAND BAROSSA Riesling draws from the Barossa region’s Germanic history. Barossa (often known as being synonymous with Shiraz) is once again turning heads for its exceptional Riesling. Refreshing, dry and displaying all the delicacy, elegance and finesse of this noble variety, 40% of this wine comes from old vines planted on the Château Tanunda Estate in the 1920s.

GRAND BAROSSA Riesling is subtle yellow in color, displaying delicate lifted aromas of lime blossom and citrus fruits. Lemon, lime and hints of passion fruit are in abundance. The palate is focused, pure and linear with a delicious juicy finish. Elegant and intense with a touch of minerality and refreshing acidity.

This is a great drink-now proposition, full of juicy lime flavours balanced by crisp acidity. One of the best to come under this label for some years.
