Grand Barossa Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre 2022
Tasting Notes

Lifted aromas of blackberry, black cherry and raspberry are accompanied by spicy, dark berry fruits and white pepper on the medium bodied palate.

The finish is long with fine grained tannins from maturation in a combination of new and seasoned French and American barrels.

Optimal drinking: 2024-2030

Winemaking

For our Grand Barossa Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre we select grapes grown throughout the Barossa. It is this tapestry of ‘terroirs’ which enables us to create this classic blend in our refined house style.

By combining  both traditional and modern winemaking techniques we are able to make handcrafted wines of complexity, depth and intensity.

Deep and intense ruby red with purple glints into the rim. A rich nose of blueberry and raspberry with hints of ironstone underneath. There’s weight, power, and drive throughout the wine, fruit is quite ripe but there's enough meaty complexity as a foil to it. A little warmth at the finish but there's good value here.
