Aromas bursting with juicy strawberry and raspberry lead to a lively palate full of red berry fruits and a cranberry lift on the crisp, dry finish making it the ideal accompaniment to fish, white meat and vegetable dishes.

By combining both traditional and modern winemaking techniques we are able to make handcrafted wines of complexity, depth and intensity. 

The free-run juice spent a short time on skins, giving the wine its subtle colour and crisp flavour, prior to cool fermentation to accentuate the red fruit characteristics.
