Aromas bursting with juicy strawberry and raspberry lead to a lively palate full of red berry fruits and a cranberry lift on the crisp, dry finish making it the ideal accompaniment to fish, white meat and vegetable dishes.
By combining both traditional and modern winemaking techniques we are able to make handcrafted wines of complexity, depth and intensity.
The grapes were destemmed and pressed after only several hours maceration on skins before cool fermentation in stainless steel, giving the wine its subtle salmon-pink colour and crisp flavours.
