Grand Barossa Dry Rosé 2020
Tasting Notes

A crisp modern dry style of Rosé with soft colours and texture from Pinot Noir and the traditional southern french red variety Counoise.

Aromas bursting with juicy strawberry and raspberry lead to a lively palate full of red berry fruits and a cranberry lift on the crisp, dry finish. Ideal with fish, white meat and vegetable dishes.

Winemaking

By combining both traditional and modern winemaking techniques we are able to make handcrafted wines of complexity, depth and intensity.

The grapes were destemmed and pressed after only one-hour maceration on skins before cool fermentation in stainless steel, giving the wine its subtle salmon-pink colour and crisp flavours.

It's light, crisp-dry and delightfully appealing; showing raspberry, lemon peel, fresh apple and subtle spice notes on the nose. The palate offers juicy fruit flavours and vibrant acidity, making it mouth-watering and fabulously drinkable. At its best: now to 2023.
