Coonawarra Cabernet covers fruit flavours, from blackcurrant to mulberry and plum, blended with Barossa Shiraz the wine becomes more vibrant with ripe blue and red berry flavours. Overall a soft full palate of juicy plums, vanilla and spice. 

Winemaking

Coonawarra is credited with producing some of the best Cabernet wines in Australia. Barossa is Australia’s most famous wine region and renound for its Shiraz. Together these regions make an incredible blend and is highly desirable as a region.

Soil type: Coonawarra's terra rossa soil is one of the notable terroi it lies on a shallow limestone ridge, raising it above the swampy land either side.
