The Chateau Single Vineyard Eden Valley Chardonnay
Tasting Notes

Aromas of citrus, pear and white peach lead to enticing stone fruit flavours on the palate. Crisp acidity, complex layering of fig and cashew with a hint of nougat culminate in a long seamless finish.

Winemaking

Hand-picked from select rows in our high altitude Edn Valley vineyard, the grapes are lightly whole bunch basket pressed before partial wild fermentation takes place in barrel. Regular lees stirring and seven months maturation in new and seasoned French oak barriques gives the wine added complexity.
